HUID, BIS Hallmarking & Purity Assurance
 
HUID stands for Hallmark Unique Identification — a mandatory 6-digit alphanumeric code given by the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) to certify the jewellery’s purity.

This assures customers that the jewellery has passed BIS-approved purity testing and is genuine 925 Sterling Silver.
Yes — wherever applicable, Miora provides BIS-certified hallmarking along with the official HUID laser-mark on the jewellery. This ensures 100% purity, transparency, and trust.
You can verify the jewellery’s 6-digit HUID using the official BIS Care App. Enter the code to confirm that the product is certified, pure, and hallmarked.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
Miora accepts returns ONLY when:
• The item is broken
• The item is damaged
• The wrong item is delivered

Important: For any eligible return, the same HUID number on the jewellery must match the HUID printed on the invoice or product listing. Any mismatch or missing HUID will result in rejection as per BIS standards.

Due to strict hygiene & purity protocols of 925 Sterling Silver, we do not accept returns for:
• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Design preference
• Wrong selection
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the return request is approved and verified.
