At Miora, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in crafting high-quality 925 Sterling Silver jewellery and want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, bill/invoice & authenticity card
  • Customised, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
  • The item’s HUID number must be identical to the one listed on the invoice.
  • For verification purposes, we require a full and continuous unboxing video.
Not Eligible For Return:
  • Items damaged, altered, or worn
  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Clearance sale items, discounted items, or purchases via gift cards
💸 Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality check:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account (details required)
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • You may exchange with any product of equal or higher value
  • Any price difference must be paid in advance
🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
  • Free return pickup available for select pin codes
  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the item
  • Return address will be provided via email upon request approval

  • Mention your Order ID, reason for return, attach product images and unboxing video.
